Commission structure
You get warm, refinance-ready opportunities delivered into your pipeline — 30 term + 30 bridging a month to start, more as you grow — and we run all the admin behind you. Your rate isn't fixed: it rises with your production, from our opening split to your target, one tier at a time.
One status, earned on a rolling quarter. Move up, and both your rates rise together.
Same ladder, bigger numbers — your rate rises and your volume rises together. Example on delivered leads at ~£11.3k gross income per completed deal.
At the top you're doing ~4× the deals and earning a higher rate on each — so your take grows over 5×, from ~£81k to ~£432k. Every step up is worth more than the last.
Fair, simple, and weighted to reward real production. We carry the rest.
To climb, contact 90% of delivered opportunities within 5 working days and log the outcome — one click in the CRM. Warm leads, worked promptly, convert.
Once you reach a tier you keep it the next quarter even on a slow month — highest tier in the trailing two quarters. Climb sticks; no yo-yo.
Bring your own business and keep 50% → 70% on the same ladder. The top self-gen rate unlocks at Partner tier — so it rewards genuine all-round production.
Full admin, packaging, lender sourcing, AVM, deal packs and processing — all done for you. You focus on the conversation and the close.
A realistic ramp: a quiet patch early, then you find your feet. Notice you only ever step up.
The Quarter 2 dip (7 → 5) sits inside Access, so nothing changes. And once you've reached a higher tier, the “highest tier in the trailing two quarters” rule holds it through a single slow quarter — you'd only ever step down after two weak quarters in a row. You're never punished for one off month. Figures at ~£11,250 gross income per completed deal; own-deal income would add on top.
